Ms. Pooja Kotabagi, a passionate educator with 20 years of experience in early childhood education, founded Utpada Academy in 2024. Ms Pooja has developed a clear vision and established a preschool that offers a comprehensive and balanced education for children aged 2 to 6, employing a curriculum based on themes and multiple intelligences. She believes that every child is unique and has the potential to excel in their way. Furthermore, she believes that learning should be enjoyable and bring joy, with a strong emphasis on encouraging children to express themselves and pursue their interests. At Utpada Academy, we follow a child-centred approach that respects the individuality and diversity of each child. We also incorporate values and life skills like respect, responsibility, cooperation, and problem-solving into our daily activities.
